At the end of August, the Overseas Marketing Department of LTMG Machinery Group held a unique mid-year meeting recognition event on an open-air terrace by the seaside. This event was not only a review of the brilliant achievements of the past six months but also a look forward to the future direction of development. The grand event aimed to recognize the outstanding teams and individuals who have performed exceptionally over the past six months, and through traditional Chinese activities such as Mooncake Tossing and a Mid-Autumn Eve dinner, it strengthened team cohesion and celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival together.

During the recognition segment, LTMG Machinery commended employees who have made outstanding contributions in their respective fields. Excellent managers have demonstrated exceptional leadership in team collaboration and innovation. Traditional Mooncake Tossing, Shared Joy

After the recognition event, everyone gathered on the open-air rooftop by the beach for an important Mid-Autumn Festival custom—Mooncake Tossing. People sat together, deciding on prizes by rolling dice, with a lively atmosphere and continuous laughter.

 

In the meantime, in August, we also organized unique Mooncake Tossing activities in factories across various locations, allowing workers to feel the festive joy amidst their busy work schedules.

 

 

The Mooncake Tossing activity not only allowed employees to experience the fun of traditional culture but also strengthened communication and cooperation among colleagues, making everyone feel the warmth of the company's big family.

 

Mid-Autumn Eve Dinner, A Celebration of Reunion

As night fell, the company prepared a sumptuous Mid-Autumn Eve dinner for LTMG staff. The dinner featured a variety of delicious foods and exciting performances, including the applause-worthy face-changing show, the God of Wealth distributing red envelopes, the reaction and teamwork game of "You Act, I Guess," and a series of song performances. The most exciting part of the evening was undoubtedly the lucky draw, with Devin personally drawing the grand prize winners. In his speech, he thanked every LTMG staff for their support of the company's work and wished everyone a happy Mid-Autumn Festival and a happy family. With the sea breeze gently blowing and the waves lapping against the shore, accompanied by the sound of dice and the cheers of winning, such a beautiful night saw everyone's faces filled with happy smiles.
