In July 2026, we received feedback from a Bolivian customer who was full of praise for our FD35 diesel forklift. The forklift had been delivered to their logistics center that month, and we followed up to assess its performance in daily heavy-duty operations. The customer was very satisfied with the forklift's power and stability, especially during continuous operation on uneven surfaces. They particularly emphasized that the forklift's fuel efficiency and responsive hydraulic system significantly improved their loading and unloading turnaround time. They stated, "This forklift easily handles our heaviest shifts—it's designed specifically for our operating environment." They also appreciated the convenient service points and clear, easy-to-understandoperating manual, which enabled their maintenance team to easily perform routine checks. Our after-sales team will also maintain regular contact with the customer to ensure uninterrupted spare parts supply and technical support.
