Autumn brings a crisp breeze and fruitful harvests. Recently, a unique employee excavator skills competition kicked off at the Shandong excavator manufacturing base of LTMG Machinery Group Co.,Ltd. (LTMG Group). Selected through rigorous evaluations across various departments, 17 experienced workers assembled, gear up and eager to compete for the ultimate victory.
The event comprised two stages. The preliminary stage featured a fun "excavator precision basketball shooting" challenge as a warm-up, testing the workers' fine control over the excavators in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. The venue erupted with applause and cheers from time to time; the stark contrast between the massive machinery and the delicate shooting motions perfectly demonstrated the workers' absolute mastery of the equipment.
After intense competition in the preliminary round, six outstanding workers successfully advanced to the finals. In contrast to the relaxed atmosphere of the warm-up, the final stage was intense and rigorous. Simulating real working conditions, the six contestants were required to overcome multiple practical hurdles within a specified timeframe, including precise valve-and-pipe matching, standardized hydraulic line assembly, and efficient overall structural assembly.
This stage placed extremely high demands on the contestants' comprehensive abilities. The quality and speed of the final assembly served as major evaluation criteria for the judges, while the standardization of assembly processes and operational details during the task were also incorporated into the scoring system, ensuring an all-around, multi-dimensional assessment of the workers' genuine capabilities.
Throughout the competition, both contestants and judges maintained a rigorous and focused attitude, treating every simulated link on the field as a real-world working condition and practicing excellence in every detail.
