2026 Mining Indonesia Opens: LTMG Showcases Cutting-Edge Material Handling Solutions

On September 9, 2026, Mining Indonesia & Construction Indonesia 2026 (Mining Indonesia), a highly anticipated top-tier industry event in Southeast Asia, grandly opened at the Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo). As a key player in the construction machinery sector with over a decade of industry expertise and a footprint serving more than 185 countries worldwide, LTMG Group showcased several star products at its booth, demonstrating the exceptional quality of Chinese machinery manufacturing to global clients.

On the opening day, LTMG’s booth drew widespread attention. A dynamic line-up of brand-new material handling products—jointly developed, designed, and manufactured by LTMG and Hangcha Group—took center stage. Spanning high-efficiency diesel forklifts, electric forklifts, and other material handling equipment, the showcase highlighted the company's comprehensive edge in equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and multi-scenario adaptability.

Thanks to their superior performance and well-rounded competitive edge, LTMG's booth quickly attracted numerous dealers and end-users from Southeast Asia and surrounding regions. Mr. Budi, a procurement manager from a port logistics warehouse along the Jakarta coast, remarked after testing the new-generation high-efficiency electric forklift: "The smooth operation and stability of LTMG forklifts under long-term continuous operation far exceeded our expectations. In particular, the structural and performance optimizations tailored for Indonesia’s saline environments, high humidity, and heavy-duty conditions directly address our long-standing pain points of rapid component wear and high maintenance costs associated with imported equipment."

According to the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia, China has remained Indonesia’s largest trading partner for 13 consecutive years and one of its top three sources of foreign investment for 10 consecutive years. Deep trade ties between the two nations provide a solid policy and industrial foundation for Chinese construction machinery enterprises to expand their presence in Indonesia.

Indonesia and many other ASEAN nations are increasingly becoming central to LTMG Group's global strategy. In recent years, driven by the rapid growth of infrastructure development, mineral resource exploitation, and warehousing logistics in Indonesia and neighboring countries, local demand for efficient, durable, and highly adaptable machinery has surged. This market dynamic serves as a major driver for LTMG to position ASEAN as a strategic anchor in its global expansion.

For LTMG, this exhibition is not only a showcase of its product strength, but also a crucial stepping stone in transitioning from "going global" to "establishing a localized footprint" By gaining first-hand market insights and engaging in direct dialogue with local dealers and end customers, LTMG is accelerating the building of a product and service ecosystem tailored to local demands.

Facing the vast potential and competitive landscape of ASEAN markets, LTMG will continuously advance its localization strategy across Indonesia and neighboring ASEAN nations. By enhancing product customization, channel building, and after-sales service systems, LTMG aims to join hands with local partners to capture growth opportunities brought by regional industrial upgrading.

The exhibition is currently underway. LTMG warmly invites partners and clients to visit our booth for in-depth exchanges and future collaborations!
