This policy applies to the personal information we collect.
We fully understand the importance of personal information to you. We follow the principles of accountability, clear purpose, consent and choice, minimum necessity, security, individual participation, and openness and transparency, and we adopt mature industry-standard security measures.
In this policy, “personal information” refers to all kinds of information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person, either alone or together with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. “Sensitive personal information” refers to personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided, or abused, may endanger personal or property safety and may easily cause damage to personal reputation, physical or mental health, or discriminatory treatment.
1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
The basic business functions of this platform are to introduce the company mission and vision, and to display construction machinery, new energy products, and solutions. We do not collect personal information when you only browse pages; collection may occur only when you use the following features:
(1) “Product Consultation / Order Inquiry”
Information required: name, company name, company address, phone number, email address, and country/region. Purpose: to contact you and provide further consultation or quotation services. Such information is not necessary for the operation of the basic browsing functions, and not providing it will not adversely affect basic browsing.
(2) “Dealer / Agent Cooperation Interest”
Information required: company name, contact person, phone number, email address, country/region, and intended brand/product category. Purpose: to evaluate cooperation possibilities and connect you with the corresponding regional team. Such information is not necessary for the operation of the basic business functions.
(3) “Equipment After-Sales / Warranty Registration”
Information required: name, phone number, email address, equipment model/serial number, purchase channel, and equipment location. Purpose: to provide warranty verification, fault repair requests, and localized service support through 20+ overseas after-sales service centers.
(4) “Integrity Reports / Other Reports”
Information required: your name and phone number; the reported person, department, and phone number; the reported matter and description. Purpose: to contact you, verify the reported matter, and record the handling plan and result.
(5) “Contact Us / Recruitment”
Information required: name, phone number, and email address; for recruitment, your résumé and related job application information. Purpose: to respond to inquiries or process applications.
(6) Exceptions to Authorization and Consent
Situations where consent is not required by law: necessary for entering into or performing a contract with you; fulfilling statutory duties or obligations, such as national security, criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment enforcement; responding to public health emergencies or protecting life and property safety in emergencies; news reporting or public opinion supervision for the public interest within a reasonable scope; processing personal information that you have publicly disclosed or that has otherwise been lawfully disclosed; and other circumstances provided by laws and regulations. Except for the above, if information is used for purposes not stated in this policy, we will obtain your consent again.
2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
When you use our services, we store small data files such as Cookies on your computer or mobile device to determine login status, remember multilingual preferences, improve service quality, and optimize user experience, including necessary website analytics. You may manage or refuse Cookies through your browser settings; refusal may make some functions unavailable or reduce your experience.
3. How We Process Your Personal Information
(1) We will not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside the operator, except in the following circumstances: we have obtained your explicit consent or authorization in advance; it is required by laws and regulations, legal procedures, or mandatory administrative/judicial requirements; it is necessary to protect the interests, property, or safety of the company, affiliates, you, or the public; it is necessary to implement core functions or provide services you need; it is needed to handle disputes at your request; it complies with relevant agreements; or it is based on academic research or public interest permitted by laws and regulations. At present, due to the group’s cross-border e-commerce and overseas localized operations, this platform may share information with, or access SDKs of, the following categories of third parties. Specific names, fields, and links are subject to the latest Third-Party Information Sharing List and Third-Party SDK Directory; such recipients may be located in mainland China, Malaysia, Southeast Asia, Europe, or other overseas jurisdictions:
- Affiliated companies;
- Transaction counterparties and other platform users, such as those needed for dealer/agent cooperation and transaction matching;
- Contractors and entrusted processors: cloud servers/CDN and website hosting, email/online customer service systems, website analytics and advertising marketing promotion, including overseas analytics/remarketing services, online payment and collection, international logistics and freight forwarding, maps and other functional SDKs, IT support, data centers, generative AI services, etc.;
- Government, regulatory authorities, and judicial authorities, according to legal procedures or mandatory requirements;
- Successors in asset transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, financing, or bankruptcy liquidation.
When sharing occurs or an SDK is accessed, we will obtain your consent in accordance with law and maintain the Third-Party Information Sharing List and Third-Party SDK Directory. For third parties with whom we may share personal information in the future, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements and require desensitization and encryption for sensitive personal data.
(2) Unless we obtain your explicit consent, we will not transfer your personal information. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, we will require the new holder to continue to be bound by this policy and will seek authorization and consent again if the processing method changes.
(3) We will disclose information only after obtaining your explicit consent, based on legal requirements, or when announcing penalties for violating accounts or fraudulent conduct. Before public disclosure, we will carefully review legitimacy, reasonableness, and legality, and take strict protective measures.
(4) Exceptions: the statutory circumstances listed in “1(6)”.
4. How We Protect Your Personal Information
- We use security measures that meet industry standards, such as SSL/TLS encrypted transmission and anonymization, and store information on secure servers and controlled facilities.
- We establish dedicated management systems, processes, and organizations, strictly limit the scope of personnel with access, and sign confidentiality agreements with third-party service providers.
- We try to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information and store it only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes.
- The Internet is not absolutely secure. If protective facilities are damaged and information is harmed, we will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
- If a security incident occurs, we will promptly notify you of the basic situation, impact, handling measures, and prevention suggestions in accordance with laws and regulations. If individual notification is difficult, we will issue an announcement and report to regulators as required.
5. Your Rights
Under the laws and regulations of China and other applicable jurisdictions, you have the rights to access, correct or supplement, delete under statutory circumstances, change the scope of authorization or withdraw consent, and copy or transfer personal information.
- How to exercise rights: we have appointed a person in charge of personal information protection/data protection officer (DPO), and you may contact the DPO to submit a request. Registered users may also access or correct their information through the account settings page. Unregistered users should submit requests in writing or by email so that we can verify their identity.
- Consequences of withdrawing consent: your withdrawal of consent may make it impossible for us to continue providing related services, and we may terminate existing cooperation relationships or contracts accordingly.
- Response time: we generally respond within 15 working days. For repeated requests or requests beyond a reasonable limit, we may charge reasonable costs; if a fee is charged, we will provide a written estimate in advance.
- Statutory circumstances where we cannot respond, such as national security, criminal investigation, public interest, and trade secrets, will be handled according to law.
6. Protection of Minors
This platform provides services to natural persons aged 18 or above with full capacity for civil conduct. We do not actively collect personal information directly from minors. If such information is collected without our knowledge, we will try to delete it.
In particular, according to Article 31 of the Personal Information Protection Law, if we truly need to process personal information of minors under the age of 14, we will obtain separate consent from their guardians and formulate special rules to protect such information. If we find that personal information of minors under the age of 14 has been collected without guardian consent, we will try to delete it.
7. Storage and Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information
- Storage location: the website servers are located in mainland China and are accessed by personnel in mainland China according to permissions.
- Cross-border transfer (key point): to provide services to you, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed outside your country/region, including the country/region where our servers are located and the overseas affiliates, after-sales service providers/agents, and third-party processors listed in Section 3(1) above. We conduct such cross-border transfers only in compliance with applicable privacy protection laws.
- If personal information is transferred out of mainland China, we will separately and clearly inform you of the transfer purpose, recipient, method and scope of use, security measures, security risks, etc.; obtain your separate consent; and complete the personal information export security assessment, standard contract filing, or personal information protection certification as required by regulations under Articles 38–39 of the PIPL, ensuring that overseas recipients provide a level of protection equivalent to that in mainland China.
- If you are located outside China, we will also comply with the applicable data protection laws of that jurisdiction, such as Malaysia PDPA 2010 and the EU GDPR, regarding cross-border transfers.
- Retention period: we retain information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes, and delete or anonymize it after expiration. After an account is deactivated, information may still be retained under this policy and legal requirements, and may be securely disposed of without notice where permitted by law.
8. How This Policy Is Updated
To provide better services, this policy may be updated. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. Major changes, such as changes to service model, ownership structure, sharing recipients, ways to exercise rights, responsible department/complaint channels, or high risks shown by an impact assessment, will be notified in a prominent manner.
