LTMG Group and Jimei University Jointly Build AI Joint Program to Empower a New Journey of Construction Machinery Overseas Expansion

To deeply respond to the national strategies of "AI-enabled Manufacturing" and "high-level opening-up", LTMG Group and Jimei University officially launched a university-enterprise cooperation program in the field of artificial intelligence recently. The signing marks the two parties have reached a strategic consensus on the integrated development of industry, university, research and application. Leveraging Jimei University's academic strengths in artificial intelligence, computer science and other related fields, combined with LTMG Group's industrial advantages and global application scenario resources in the construction machinery export sector, the two sides will jointly build a three-in-one collaborative development pattern featuring "technological innovation, achievement transformation, and talent cultivation".

 

 

Guided by "industry demand orientation and technology breakthrough as the core", this cooperation will see the two parties focus on the intelligence-related pain points across the full chain of construction machinery overseas expansion, and jointly carry out core technology research. The program will center on key directions including intelligent overseas service and operation & maintenance (O&M), multilingual cross-cultural AI interaction, and intelligent data decision-making for international marketing, set up a joint university-enterprise R&D team, break through the "last mile" from technology to industrial application, facilitate the rapid translation of research outcomes into the enterprise's core competitiveness, and empower the overseas voyage of LTMG Intelligent Manufacturing.

 

 

In addition, the two parties will jointly build a teaching and internship base for Jimei University. Oriented towards the practical application of AI in internal enterprise operations, the base will integrate the real working scenarios and management experience of LTMG Group, build a high-standard practice platform for the university, help students hone their technology implementation capabilities, and cultivate interdisciplinary talents that fit the needs of enterprises. This initiative also provides strong support for LTMG Group to accurately reserve young AI talents, build an integrated talent echelon of "training-practice-employment", and consolidate the dual foundations of its internal intelligent upgrading and product R&D and innovation.
