At the end of the year, LTMG Machinery held its 2024 year-end team building event in late January. The event, themed "Enjoying the LTMG Feast, Fun for the New Year" aimed to enhance team cohesion through a series of colorful outdoor games, allowing employees to relax and unwind after a busy year while welcoming the arrival of the new year together.

 

Fun Games: Teamwork, The Ultimate Challenge of Synergy

During the game part, the host divided the participants into 8 teams based on the "Find the Person in the Circle" game. Each team selected a leader, and after designing their team name and slogan, the exciting games officially began. Employees were divided into groups to collaborate and complete tasks together. In the "Three-Person Rolling Sack" game, participants moved step by step toward the finish line with powerful slogans; in the "Iron Ring Relay" team members coordinated perfectly to complete the relay; and in the final "Fast Forward" game, the groups raced against each other, creating an atmosphere of joy and laughter. The well-designed games tested the teamwork and coordination between employees, allowing them to deepen their understanding and trust of each other in such an atmosphere.

 

 

Free Activities: Chill Happy Time

After the fun games, employees enjoyed free time. Some went to the animal park to have close encounters with adorable animals and take photos, while others came to the picking garden to harvest fresh small tomatoes, adding an extra layer of fun to the event.

 

 

Cheers at the Dinner: Celebrating Ourselves and the Team

 

 

As night fell, the dinner officially began. The atmosphere was lively, with General Manager Mr. Guo delivering an opening speech, thanking each employee for their hard work over the past year and expressing anticipation for the new year. He hoped that the team would journey together in 2025 toward a bright future. The team gathered around, raising their glasses to celebrate not only their own efforts but also those of the team throughout the past year.

 

 

Chat Time: Romantic Moments in the Fireworks Display

After the banquet, employees gathered around the bonfire to enjoy the cozy moments of making tea by the fire. Under the warm light of the fire, everyone shared their achievements and growth from 2024. As the night sky gradually lit up with fireworks, a grand fireworks display began. The colorful fireworks exploded in the sky, symbolizing the beautiful hopes and dreams in everyone's hearts.

 

 

Bonfire Party: Singing, Dancing, and Passionate Energy

After the fireworks display, the bonfire party officially began. The blazing bonfire symbolized the vibrant energy and boundless vitality of LTMG Machinery. Everyone gathered in a circle, holding hands, singing, and dancing with full enthusiasm and energy. Team members took to the stage to perform, and the sound of singing, laughter, and applause filled the air, creating a warm and lively atmosphere that painted a picture of happiness and harmony.

 

 

This year-end team building event not only allowed employees to relax in a joyful and relaxed atmosphere but also enhanced the team’s cohesion and sense of belonging.
