Nicha, the Procurement Manager from Ex-link CO., LTD., a local warehouse equipment distributor in Bangkok, was searching for reliable suppliers of warehouse equipment to meet their business demands. With the development of China's manufacturing industry in recent years, many overseas companies turned their attention to Chinese manufacturers. However, Nicha was concerned about product quality and the operation of the electric reach trucks, which were crucial factors for Thai customers when purchasing warehouse equipment. To gain a deeper understanding of LTMG, Nicha decided to visit LTMG's factory in China. 

During his visit to China, Nicha had insights into LTMG's production process, quality control, product features, and after-sales service, experiencing the power system and work system of the electric reach trucks. He highly praised, "This electric reach truck is small and flexible with lower noise. The entire operation is flowing for the action of the lifting hydraulic cylinder and the mast is rapid and steady, improving work efficiency." Moreover, Nicha posed numerous inquiries to Lily regarding the after-sales service. After a two-day factory visit, Nicha finalized an order for a shipment of 3-ton electric reach trucks. This batch was subsequently dispatched to Thailand to cater to the needs of the local logistics industry.

In this collaboration, Nicha expressed, "Whether, through online communication or onsite factory visits, the LTMG team showcased professional technical support and a genuine service approach."
