Our sales manager, Aimee, had secretly remembered this important date and prepared a surprise filled with Chinese sentiment—a birthday cake imprinted with the Chinese character "發" (fā). As the candles were lit and we all offered Manuel birthday wishes, his eyes were filled with emotion. Aimee explained to him, "In Chinese culture, '發' symbolizes prosperity and abundant wealth, and it also represents our hope that our cooperation will be smooth sailing and that we will achieve great success together." This warmth that transcends national boundaries added a human touch to the cooperation and allowed Manuel to deeply appreciate LTMG Group's "customer-centric" service philosophy.
